摘　　要：天文时纬残差震前异常是一种相当普遍的现象。它的本质实际是反映了孕震体的地方铅垂线的大幅变化。它有可能成为地震预报最关键的一种短临前兆。本文概述了地方铅垂线变化震前异常的原因、监测网的建立、研究进展以及展望。Anomalies of astronomical time-latitude residual before earthquakes are considerably general phenomena. Its nature actually reflects largerange variations of local plumb-line of the seismogenic body. It may become a kind of key precursors in short/impending earthquake forecast. The paper outlines the cause of anomalous local plumb-line variations before earthquakes; the establishment of monitoring networks; the progress and prospect of research.
