摘　　要：本文就当前就业形势、大学生就业心理特点、择业过程中的心理变化、价值取向等与大学生择业心理关系进行分析、探讨,从而简单描述出当前大学生择业心理状态,并进一步提出教育措施。This paper focuses on the analysis an d study of the relationship under the current employment conditions,between the psychological characters of college graduates,the change of the psy chology in the course of the selectio ns,the evaluation point and the job -huntin g psychology.The states of the job -h unting psychology are primarily de-scribed,and some measures about the education of the job -hunting psychology are presented.
