心理健康教育在大学生素质培养中的作用

摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化的发展 ,越来越多的青年人可以进入到高校接受教育 ,这使学生群体的情况变得更为复杂 ,特别是心理障碍和心理疾病学生的比率有所提高 ,制约了学校培养出高素质的大学生。可见 ,心理健康教育对培养高素质的大学生起着很大的作用。针对目前大学生心理健康的现状 ,采用形式多样的途径 ,增强大学生的心理素质 ,对全面提高大学生的素质发挥积极作用。With the popularization of higher education, more and more young people can enter colleges for good education, which makes the situation on compus more complicated. So the number of students with mental problems is on the rise, and it prevents colleges cultivating high-quality students. Obviously, education for mental health plays an important role in developing college students with high qualities. According to the study of the present situation of college students' Mental health, adapting various ways to build up their self-confidence plays effective roles in improving their qualities.
