摘　　要：我国高等教育大众化进程中,教学质量成为人们关注的问题。项目以"制度、组织、评估、反馈"四大子系统建构"互动式"地方高等学校教学质量保障体系,并以学分制教学管理改革为平台加以实施,同时基于校园网,确保质量保障体系改革目标的实现,形成了以系统性、互动性和理论性为特色质量保障体系。In the process of higher education popularizing, teaching quality attracts lots of attention. Research has been focused on four subsystems: system, organization, evaluation and feedback, and they contribute to an interactive teaching quality guarantee system in local colleges and universities. They will be implemented through the teaching reforms on credits supervising and will be ensured to achieve the goals based on campus network. Therefore systematic, interactive and theoretical features characterize the teaching quality guarantee system.
