摘　　要：企业信息化评价需要考虑的因素很多,具体指标的评价值又具有模糊性。根据这些特点,试图将层次分析法和模糊理论结合起来,建立一个模糊层次评估模型,用此模型对企业信息化的综合水平进行评价。There are many factors which are considered on evaluating the level of enterprises informatization.The value of the concrete indexes is fuzzy.According to the features,we attempt to establish an evaluation mod - el on the basis of combining AHP and Fuzzy Theory.Then we use the model to evaluate the level of enterprises informatization.
