摘　　要：结合国际教育服务法律原则,从我国的实际出发,我国涉外教育服务法制应具有三大基本原则:国家教育主权原则、与国际义务相协调原则和国际合作原则。Based on the study of international and regional legislation on international education services, this article attempts to establish 3 fundamental principles for the on-going legislation of China's international education services. The 3 principles are concluded as national sovereignty on education, conformity with international treaty obligations and international cooperation
