摘　　要：针对食品工程专业课程的教学特点,探讨了食品工程实验模拟在食品工程专业教学中的应用,采用可视化编程语言VB,开发出了一套符合教学实际的新一代的基于Windows平台的食品工程实验模拟软件,并展望了实验模拟的发展前景。According to the character of food-engineering course,the application of experimental simulation in the teaching of food-engineering was researched. A food-engineering experimental simulation software based on the Windows operating system was developed. And the prospect of experimental simulation development was looked ahead.
