摘　　要：在高校素质教育的实施过程中,良好的师生关系能促进教师个人魅力的辐射和渗透,激发学生的创新灵感,形成交往互动,使学生全面成长成才。教师必须用无私的爱感化学生,以自身人格魅力感染学生,加强师生交流,从而构建新型的师生关系,达到素质教育的目的。In the course of enforcing comprehensive qualification education in higher school,a good relationship between teacher and student will promote influence of teacher's personal attraction on student,stimulate student's creative inspiration in a way of interaction,and cultivate student in the target of a talent as a result.A teacher ought to motivate student with his unselfish love,to influence student with his personality attraction,and to strengthen communication between them.As a result,a new type of teacher-student relationship will be established to meet the aim of comprehensive qualification education.
