摘　　要：高等职业技术教育的目标是培养面向生产、服务、管理一线的应用型、技能型的高级职业技术人才。为此 ,必须提高学生的素质。受教育者素质的发展固然有其自身成熟的成分 ,但更是素质教育过程的结果。The aim of the higher vocational and technical education is to train the higher vocational technical personnel who cater to the production, the service as well as the front management. So the students' quality must be enhanced. The development of the educated students' quality admittedly includes the part of their own maturity, but it is also the result of the process of the quality-oriented education.
