摘  要:教育质量问题是课堂教学服务产出中很重要的部分。若以产出指标法对课堂教学服务产出进行测算,在“学生课时数”指标中无法反映课堂教学作为一种准公共产品,“拥挤效应”对课堂教学服务质量的负面影响。立足于教育服务消费者的表现和行为对教师提供的教育服务的效率和质量的影响,寻求一个恰当的班级规模,并分析在实际班级规模超出此临界点后,会对课堂教学服务产出造成怎样的影响,以及如何将实际的班级规模转化成“标准化”的学生人数。The quality of education is the very important part in evaluating the output of classroom educational service. If the output-based method is used to measure the classroom educational service output, the indicator of 'the number of students X the number of class hours' can't show the negative influence caused by the crowd effect to the quality of educational service, which is a kind of semi-public production. Considering the influence of the students' behavior to the quality and efficiency of educational service provided by teachers, the paper is seeking an appropriate class scale. What's more, in the case of that the actual class scale is bigger than the critical point, it analyzes the influence on the classroom educational service output, and how to normalize the actual class scale as well.
