摘　　要：当前 ,搞好搞活校内分配是高校分配制度改革中的一个热点问题。本文认为校内分配的关键是思想观念的更新 ,同时要坚持效率优先、兼顾公平的原则 ,通过建立适合高校特点的考核办法 。At present ,making inter allocation good and lively is a focus in the allocation system reform of colleges and universities.The passage thinks the key point of making inter allocation good is the refreshment of thoughts,Meanwhile we should adhere to the principle of efficency priority and take account of fairness,we really make inter allocation good and lively by establishing the method fit for the features of colleges and universities.
