反馈教学法在格斗技术教学中的运用初探

摘　　要：反馈是个体对自身行为效果的认知并由此所产生的相应应答行为的心理反应过程。在教学训练中 ,反馈是一种十分重要的心理机制。“心理反馈矫正”教学法是在操作学习过程中 ,对已经形成的操作性运动技能进行反复的强化的精细加工 ,在骨骼肌反应的操作性学习时 ,通过反馈所得到的信息加工 ,使运动技能的学习效果得到进一步强化。研究运用“心理反馈矫正”教学法对军事体育专业学员学习掌握格斗擒敌技术水平进行研究 ,发现该方法的训练效果明显优于“完整 -分解”教学法。It was known that the psychological-feedback is a kind of psychological response process which individual has cognized himself behavior effect, and made out correspond responsion action because of this. In teaching or training process, feedback is a kind of important psychological mechanism. 'Psychological-feedback training method' could treat fine and strengthen reduplicative the operation sports technic-ability which had been formed in operational study process. It could strengthen more study effect of sports technic-ability through the processing information which was acquired by psychological-feedback. This method of psychological-feedback training was used in the study and grasp of wrestle capture fight comportment technic level of military physical education students. It was found that the training of this method was obviously excelled with 'integrity-analysis' training method.
