简论高校学生班集体建设

摘　　要：高校班集体由于它的最基层性,而成为学生思想教育和行政管理工作的出发点和归宿。高校班集体大致可分为内聚型、一般型、涣散型。班主任或辅导员工作不得力,学生干部未能发挥核心凝聚作用,奖惩机制未能发挥调节作用,对错误言行难以形成健康舆论导向等,是班集体处于后进状态的主要原因。挑选、培养、管理、考核班主任、辅导员、建设学生骨干队伍、建立激励机制、培养良好班风,注重寝室、小组建设,显得尤为重要。A class collective in the tertiary college is the starting-point and the end-result of students'ideological education and administrative management.The class collective is divisible into three types,i.e. cohesive type,common type and loose type.To put an end to the backwardness of the class collective,it is imperative to take following steps:selecting,training and examining qualified class advisors and political assistants;developing the backbone of students,estabilshing an incentive mechanism,forstering a fine class spirit,etc.
