摘　　要：诚信修养是“知行合一”的过程 ,“行”诚信首先必须“知”诚信。诚信教育至关重要 ,诚信教育是有关“知”诚信与“行”诚信的终身教育。根据党的十六大报告 ,“以诚实守信为重点 ,加强社会公德、职业道德和家庭美德教育”是全面建设小康社会的重要内容。诚信规范是在社会实践中建立起来的 ,要求人们在工作、学习和生活中诚实不欺、言而有信的法律规范、道德规范和纪律规范的总和。诚信教育应当形成全方位、开放型教育网络 ,并体现出诚信建设的时代特征。Honesty and faith training is the unity of sincerity knowledge and sincerity practice. Sincerity education, which should be education system of lifelong 'being-sincere', is extraordinarily important. According to the report at the 16th national congress of the Communist Party of China, to build a well-off society in an all-round way, 'We must carry out the program for improving civic morality', with 'honesty as a priority, intensify education in social and professional ethics and family virtues'. Being set up during the social practice, the sincerity standard is the unity of legal code, ethic and discipling norm. We should form education network of omni-directional and opening-style, and embody the characteristics of the time of sincerity constructions.
