摘　　要：学习邓小平理论 ,努力营造“尊重知识 ,尊重人才”的良好社会风尚 ,建立培养、选拔人才的机制 ,为人才的脱颖而出创造良好的环境。大力实施科教兴国、人才强国战略 ,贯彻党的“十六大”精神和《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强人才工作的决定》精神 ,努力建设一流的高校师资队伍。党的“十六大”提出的“尊重劳动、尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重创造”的要求以及十六届三中全会的“以人为本”观念的阐释 。The study of Dengxiaoping Thought on Talents and trying to construct the fine social fashion of 'Respecting Knowledge and Talents' can create the fine social environment of talent showing itself. We should actualize the stratagem of science and education prospering the Nation, and talent strengthening the Nation, carry out the spirits of the Party's 16th National Representative Congress and ' the Decision on Further Strengthening the Work of Talents by CCP and State Department, and make efforts to construct the first-class college staff. The requirement on ' respecting labour, respecting knowledge, respecting talents, respecting creation ' is the heritage and development of Dengxiaoping Thought on Talents.
