摘　　要：针对我国出口产品技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)预警预测的迫切需求及其在技术上存在的困难,提出了基于Multi-A-gent和Ontology技术的TBT预警预测系统的设计方案,给出了实现的关键技术。该系统具有TBT相关文档的自动网上收集、分类;领域Ontology库支持的数据智能检索、智能预警预测;同时具有很强的可扩展性与适应性。Aiming at the urgent need in China for building early warning and alert system for Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT),and the main technical difficulties for building this system,this paper puts forword a design of early warning and alert system for TBT,which is based on the technique of multi -agent and ontology,and gives the main implementing techniques.This system can automatically collect and sort related TBT documents on the Internet.It supports data intelligent inquiry,and can give intelligent alert and early warning.It also has a good expansibility and adaptability.
