摘 要:在对口腔修复临床常见的烤瓷熔附金属全冠有限元法分析基础上 ,将修复体唇侧颈缘出现应力集中区域采用无限元方法进行分析 ,有限元与无限元区域的数据连接采用区域分解法的D -N迭代法实现。结果显示 :无限元方法能计算出模型中应力集中区域任意一点应力、应变值 ,准确描述修复体发生金 -瓷结合破坏和崩瓷、瓷裂的可能 ,为临床金To calculate the stress distribution at labiocervical margin of porcelain-fused-to-metal restoration model where stress concentration occurred. The infinite element method is used to analyze the two-dimensional porcelain-fused-to -metal model with finite element method to find the important facts that affect the bonding strength of metal-ceramic systems. D-N interactive method was used to connect the finite and infinite domains. The result demonstrate that the model with unit of porcelain to metal at the labiocervical margin is suitable for front teeth or premolars restoration; The stress concentration along the interface of metal-ceramic is the most important fact to the failure of bond; The occlusal force should be adjust in clinic to avoid the fraction of porcelain from metal.
