摘  要:提出了非分散红外分光光度法测定饮食业油烟的方法,采用红外光谱仪,于2930cm-1波数处进行测量。对滤筒的空白值作了明确规定,只有其含油量在0.5mg/L以下才能用于测定。该方法操作简便,相对标准偏差为0.4%,精密度好,加标回收率在97%~105%之间。To detect smoke and oil of restaurant service industry in non-dispersive infrared spectrophotometry, using infrared spectrometer, in 2 930 cm^(-1) . The blank value of filter cylinder was defined as that it can be used for detection only when its oil's concentration was lower than 0.5 mg/L. This method was simple for operation, its relative standard deviation was 0.4%, had good accuracy. Its recovery rate plus standard sample was between 97% and 105%.
