提高护生军事护理能力的教学导向探讨

摘　　要：目的加快军队护生适应未来战争对卫勤保障的新要求。方法强化军人职能,增加军事护理教学内容。结果培训前后护生平战救治技术、军事护理能力有显著提高。结论结合卫勤保障需求,有的放矢进行平战结合护理教学与训练,对打赢高技术局部战争,培养合格护理人才具有积极的促进作用。Objective To help the nurse students in army to adapt themselves to the new requirement of future war to health service as soon as possible.Method Strengthening the soldiers’ function and increasing military nursing teaching contents. Result After training,the nurse students’ treatment skills in war and peace and military nursing ability had improved significantly.Conclusion There will be an active role in winning high technique local war and training qualified nursing staff to provide nursing training and teaching both in war and peace combining with the requirement of health service.
