魔芋/原花青素机械力化学效应缓释片工艺条件研究

摘  要:以莲中不同部位原花青素的含量及稳定性的研究作基础,进而对机械力化学效应结合的魔芋/原花青素缓释片工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明莲房中原花青素的含量最高,约为5 5~9 5g/100干重。原花青素在酸性的人工胃液中比较稳定,而在生理盐水和人工肠液中,以及作高温处理时原花青素不稳定。金属离子对原花青素的影响各异。选用120目魔芋粉、1/5的淀粉,在压力400Mpa条件下得到的缓释片于人工胃液及生理盐水中释放较慢,而在人工肠液中释放较快,且在24h内可以恒速释放完全。Based on the study of content and stability of proanthocyanins in different parts of lotus,the processing condition of producing sustained releases pill of konjak/proanthocyanins through physical change and chemical reaction.The results showed that the content of proanthocyanins in lotus seedpod was quite high,5.5~9.5g/100 dry matter.Proanthocyanins is stable in acid artificial gastric juice, whereas it is unstable in physiological saline,intestine and under high temperature.The effect of medal ion on proanthocyanins varies.Use konjak powder with one-fifth starch,sustained releases pill can be produced under the pressure of 400 Mpa.This kind of sustained releases pill release slowly in artificial gastric juice and physiological saline,release fast in intestine on the contrary,will release completely within 24 hours.
