摘　　要：Trips协议对知识产权时间性、地域性、专有性三性的规定 ,使其在国际范围内得以统一 ,从而使专利权受到三维的约束。通过对Trips协议专利权三维约束进行经济学分析 ,探讨其规定的合理限度 。The regulations of Trips agreement in the aspects of timeliness,regionation and exclusiveness of intellectual property right make them unified at the international level.It also makes the patent right under three-dimensional restraint.The paper draws economics analysis on three-dimension of patent right of Trips agreement and probes into their reasonable bound,Then it analyses how the patentees choose the optimum value and reach the maximum benefit in the three-dimension restrains.
