摘　　要：简述了远程教育的发展历史,重点阐述了在我国实施现代远程教育的重要意义,同时简要介绍了远程教育在中国以及美国和英国的发展现状。This paper briefly expounds the developing history of the telelect ur e, emphatically describes the important significance of carrying out the modern telelecture in our country, and briefly introduces the developing situation of t he telelecture in China, America and Britain.
