摘　　要：素质教育是一种具有普遍指导意义的教育理念。高等学校全面推进素质教育 ,必须把德育摆在首位 ,注重学生精神境界的提高 ,把培养创新人才和实践能力作为素质教育的基本任务和重要内容。同时 ,为保障高等学校素质教育的顺利推行 ,应当注重校园文化建设 ,加强管理 。Quality-oriented education is a kind of educational concept that is of universally directive significance. In carrying forward quality-oriented education at a full scale, colleges and universities should give priority to moral education, lay stress on the improvement of students' spiritual state and regard the training of creative talents and practicing ability as the basic task and important content of quality-oriented education. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the smooth advance ment of quality-oriented education colleges and universities should also pay attention to the construction of campus culture, strengthen administration and set up a team of high-quality teachers who can meet the requirement of quality-oriented education.
