摘　　要：高校贫困生现象存在已久。高校要高度重视贫困生问题,切实做好这项政治性很强且具有深远意义的工作。不仅要给他们政策上、经济上的帮助,更重要是要帮助他们树立自强不息的精神,在贫困中奋起,在逆境中成长,顺利完成学业,成为时代和社会需要的有用之才。Higher institutes should lay importance to the long-existing phenomenon of poverty-stricken students. It is of profound significance to solve the problem. Besides the political and economic support, the more important is to help them establish the spirit of perseverance, stand up against poverty, grow up in setbacks, finish the study and develop into a person useful to the society and the times.
