摘  要:大学教师是大学创新体系中主体性因素,虽然需要一定的创新的外部环境和条件,但大学教师的创新包括教学内容的改革、教学方法的开放,不断加强哲学社会科学的学习和科研创新,却是实现自身的创新和超越、培养出数以万计的学生创新人才队伍的关键。It is the university teachers'historical responsibility to persist in educational innovations because they are among the main factors in the innovation-oriented system of the universities. To complete such a responsibility they need other factors to provide them with an exterior environment. The university teacher may carry out innovations in such fields as the reform of teaching content, the flexibility of teaching method, and particularly academic study of the disciplines of philosophy and social sciences and innovative research. In this way they can, on the one hand, realize their own goal of making exceeding innovations, and on the other hand, turn out millions of groups of innovative talents among students.
