高校青年教师思想政治素质现状分析与对策研究

摘　　要：青年教师是教师队伍的生力军 ,他们与大学生年龄相近 ,兴趣相仿 ,他们的思想、道德及行为更容易影响大学生。在主客观因素作用下 ,青年教师在思想政治素质方面存在着集体意识淡薄 ,不能正确处理学校与个人之间的关系 ,爱岗敬业精神不强 ,对学生缺乏爱心 ,育人意识淡薄等问题。高校应切实转变观念 ,改进工作方法 ,做到以人为本 ,为青年教师做实事 ,将思想政治工作落到实处 ;应建立健全的思想政治机构 。The young teachers in colleges and universities are vigorous teaching staff, who are nearly as young as the college students and have similar interests with them. So they are apt to have more influence on the students in morality and behavior. However, because of subjective and objective factors young teachers may have a very vague idea of collectivism and can not properly treat the relationship between school and individual, do not love or respect one's occupation enough, cherish no affection for the students, and have a weak consciousness of educating the students: all these problems are concerned with the ideological and political quality. Therefore, the institution of higher learning should actually change its conception, improve its working approach, value humans the most, do more practical work for young teachers, and carry out all ideological work down to earth. It should also establish a healthy ideological and political organization, take some inspiring measures to cultivate the young teachers and turn them into qualified teachers via the ideological and political work.
