摘 要:目的:为了解小儿膳食中添加L-赖氨酸后的营养状况 ,评价L-赖氨酸在在小儿生长发育及营养方面的影响。方法:选择40名饮食正常的小儿 ,根据他们的膳食中添加L -赖氨酸与否分成3组 :未添加组 (A组 ) ,添加后一个月组 (B组 ) ,添加后三个月组 (C组 )。然后分别按组测量这40名小儿的身高、体重、头围、胸围、臂围 ;抽股静脉血检测红细胞数、血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白、锌、铁、铜、钙、镁离子浓度。采用组间对比 ,进行统计分析。结果:在所有检测指标中身高、体重、血锌、铁、铜、钙浓度经统计分析显示3组间对比均有显著差异 ;其中身高在添加L-赖氨酸后2个月与3个月无明显差别 ;血清镁离子只在B组与A组有显著差异。而头围、胸围、臂围、血红蛋白、总蛋白及白蛋白等指标无统计学上差异 ,但食物中添加L -赖氨酸后1个月、3个月均比未食用有升高趋势 ,食后3个月比食后1个月有增加的趋势。结论:膳食中添加L-赖氨酸对小儿的身高、体重、血锌、铁、铜、钙浓度有明显升高作用,对血红蛋白、总蛋白、血白蛋白、镁离子可能也有一定的营养调节作用。Objective:To understand the nutritive condition after adding L-lysine in diet of children,and evaluate the influence of L-lysine on growth development and nutrition in children.Methods:40 children with normal diet were divided into A group(non-adding L-lysine group),B group(adding L-lysine for one month group)and C group(adding L-lysine for three months group)according to whether to adding L-lysine or not in their diet.Then the body height,body weight,head circumference,chest circumference and buttock circumference were respectively measured in all children,the red blood cell,hemoglobin,total protein,albumin and the serum concentration of zinc,ferrem,cuprum,calcium and magesium were also detected.Their results were analyzed statistically,and compared among three groups.Results:In all detection indices,the body height,body weight and the serum concentration of zinc,ferrum,cuprum and calcium showed obvious differnces among three groups.There was a significant difference in the serum magnesium ion between B group and A group.The head circumference,chest circumference,buttock circumference,hemoglobin,total protein and albumin had no statistical difference,but above mentioned indices in B group and C group were tending to rise compared with those in A group,which in C group were tending to increase compared with those in B group.Conclusion:Adding L-lysine in diet passensses a obvious risen role on the body heigh,body weight and the serum concentration of zinc,ferrum,cuprum and calcium in children,and may have some nutritive regulation role on hemoglobin,total protein,albumin and magnesium ion.
