海洛因依赖患者的脑电图分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨海洛因依赖患者脑电图变化。方法:对32例海洛因依赖患者与正 常健康者进行了脑电图比较分析。结果:海洛因依赖组脑电图异常率为68.8％,明显高于 对照组12.5％,有显著差异(P<0.001)。依赖组中轻度异常8例,中度异常14例,对照 组中异常4例,均为轻度异常。吸毒日量>1克者EEG异常率87.5％,吸毒日量<1克者 EEG异常率50％,两组有显著差异(P<0.001)。吸毒时间>2年者EEG异常率81.8％, 吸毒时间<2年者EEG异常率40.0％,两组有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:海洛因对EEG 有明显影响,吸毒时间越长,剂量越大对EEG影响越明显。Objective:To explore the electroencephalogram ( EEG) change of the cases depended on diamorphine. Method: The EEG difference between 32 cases depended on dia-morphine and the normal health control group was compared and analyzed. Result: The EEG abnormal rate of the study group with 68. 8% was higher than that of the control group with 12. 5% , and the difference was significant (P < 0. 001). The EEG abnormal rate of whose daily dosage of freak - out exceed 1 gramme with 87. 5% was higher than that of under 1 gramme with 50. 0% and the difference was significant ( P < 0. 001). The EEG abnormal rate of whose time of hitting the pipe exceed 2 years with 81. 8% was higher than that of under 2 years with 40. 0% and the difference was significant (P<0. 011). Conclusion: The EEG of patients depended on diamorphine was influenced obviously, the time and dosage were the two main factors that effected EEG.
