摘　　要：21世纪的高校体育教育目的观是体育科学主义和体育人文主义的融合。过去一味强调体育知识、技能的传授和体质的增强,而忽略了体育文化和精神的目标,而体育隐蔽性课程的教学实践,较好地弥补了高校教育的一些缺陷。In the 21st century, the goal of physical education is integrating sports sciences and sports humanism. In the past, we focused on teaching P.E. knowledge and techniques and improving constitution. Thus, we neglected the goal of culture and spirit of physical education. The teaching practice of hidden courses better makes up for the defects existing in university physical education.
