摘　　要：文章分析了现有高等学校教学、考试模式及其存在的问题，认为实行考教分离是提高高等学校教学质量的重要途径之一，而实行考教分离的有效措施之一是建立完善的试题库及试题库管理系统，在此基础上论述了试题库管理系统应具备的基本功能。This paper analyzes the problems existing in present teaching and testing in higher education. We suggest that the separation of teaching from testing is one of the important approaches to improving teaching quality of higher education and that one of the measures separating teaching and testing is to set up a perfect examination question database and its management system. This paper also analyzes the essential function of this management system.
