有齿塑料纽带强化清洗能力的实验研究

摘　　要：为了进一步提高自转塑料纽带的清洗能力,对有齿自转塑料纽带和无齿自转塑料纽带的清洗力矩进行了对比实验研究。研究结果表明:有齿自转塑料纽带的清洗力矩比无齿塑料纽带的清洗力矩可平均提高42%～70%左右。其中,齿片的安装角Α、Β、齿高、齿距等结构参数对清洗力矩和纽带自转转速及纽带运转平稳性都有影响。In order to improve the cleaning ability of self-rotating plastic twisted tapes, the cleaning moment of tooth-like self-rotating plastic twisted tapes and common smooth self-rotating plastic twisted tapes has been investigated experimentally respectively. The results show the cleaning moment of tooth-like self-rotating plastic twisted tapes increase by 42% ~70% than that of the common smooth self-rotating plastic twisted tapes, and the structure parameters of the tooth pitch, such as and fixed angle, the height of tooth pitch, the distance of tooth pitch will influence the cleaning moment, the self-rotating velocity of twisted tapes and the steady rotating of twisted tapes.
