摘  要:在一台柴油机基础上,采用气道口电控喷射甲醇,缸内柴油引燃甲醇的方式,开发了电控甲醇/柴油双燃料样机,并通过发动机台架实验,研究了柴油/甲醇双燃料燃烧模式在燃烧特性、燃油经济性及排放性能方面的特点.与原发动机相比,双燃料模式的最高爆发压力下降,压力升高率上升,排烟和NOx大幅度下降,但THC和CO排放均升高.该方法能使甲醇喷射量得到精确控制以便燃烧达到最佳状态,是甲醇/柴油双燃料发动机可行的技术方案.A sample of methanol/diesel dual fuel engine based on a diesel engine is developed successfully. The methanol is sprayed into the intake pipe by electronic unit injector, then it is ignited by the burning diesel in the cylinder. Through bench tests, the combustion characteristics, the fuel economy and the exhaust emission are studied under the methanol/diesel dual fuel mode. Compared with the original engine, the dual fuel engine enables lower maximum combustion pressure, higher pressure rise rate, and lower exhaust smoke and NOx emission to be achieved at the cost of higher THC and CO emissions. In this method, the methanol quantity can be accurately controlled to get the best burning condition, so it is a feasible solution for methanol/diesel dual fuel engine.
