摘　　要：洗钱作为传统的国际犯罪活动,随着我国的改革开放,在国内已有显现。它不仅会损害国家声誉、造成税收流失,还会破坏社会经济秩序、导致各种犯罪活动的猖獗,进而引发一系列的社会问题。在分析当前洗钱活动的表现形式及其消极影响的基础上,侧重就反洗钱活动基本对策进行阐述。With the door opened to the world, money - laundry, as one of the traditional international crime, has appeared in our country. Money - larundry will not only damage the reputation of our country, make the tax revenue lost, but also vielate the social and economic order, result in many kinds of crime and cause a series of social problems, On the basis of analysing the forms and negative influence of money -laundry at present, the article elaborate the countermeasure of anti - money - laundry.
