摘  要:为了解湖北省食品中有机氯农药六六六和DDT残留情况 ,对 2 0 0 0年湖北省总膳食中的单个食品进行了分析及溯源 ,发现鳊鱼HCH(六六六 )残留量为 5 5 5 88μg kg ,其中γ -HCH占HCH异构体构成比例的 98 2 9% ;鸭蛋中DDT残留量为 5 41 78μg kg ,以pp′ -DDE为主要存在形式。鳊鱼中HCH和鸭蛋中DDT的残留量均超过新提出的食物中HCH和DDT允许限量修订标准。The contamination source of HCH and DDT in Hubei Province was identified by analyzing individual sample through tracing pooled and individual samples in 2000 total diet study. The result showed that the residue level of HCH in bream ( Megalobrama amblycephala ) was 555 88 μg/kg, while γ-HCH contributed to 98 29% of the total HCHs residues. Meanwhile, it was also found that the residue level of DDT in duck egg was 541 78 μg/kg,while pp ′-DDE was the only dominant component.The residue levels of HCH of the bream and DDT of the duck egg exceeded the maximum residue limits (MRLs)of HCH and DDT in foods newly revised and proposal. The illegal use of lindane was implied after the tracing identification study in typical area in Hubei Province.
