国产乳磨牙金属预成冠的研制和临床应用

摘　　要：目的　研制国产金属预成冠 ,用其修复乳磨牙牙体缺损 ,并对其临床疗效进行评价。方法　取 10 9名儿童正常乳牙列模型 ,根据乳磨牙牙冠解剖特征测量临床牙冠的相关数据。选用镍铬合金 ,用冲压法制取乳磨牙金属预成冠。对 5 5名儿童的 5 9颗牙行牙冠缺损修复 ,于术后 2周、1、3、6、12、18、2 4个月复查。结果　据判效标准 ,其中优 4 1颗牙 ;良 15颗 ;失败 3颗 ;临床成功率为 94 .92 %。结论　用国产金属预成冠修复乳磨牙牙体缺损 ,取得较好临床疗效 。Objective To study domestic metal preformed crowns for restoration of large dentin defect of primary molars and to evaluate the clinical effect.Methods One hundred and nine normal clinical crown models of primary dentition were measured and related data were collected depending on anatomical characteristics of primary molars. Metal preformed crowns with nickel chromium alloy were made by punching method to restore fifty-nine teeth of fifty-five children. Clinical follow-up were performed at 2, 4, 12, 24, 48,72,96 weeks after restoration.Results There were 41 teeth in excellent, 15 teeth in good and 3 teeth in failure according to evaluation criteria. The clinical success rate was 94.92%.Conclusion Domestic metal preformed crowns can be used for restoration of dentin defect of primary molars.
