摘　　要：老的真空制盐生产工艺,由于没有进行卤水净化,生产过程中,CaSO4、Na2SO4等杂质富集达到一定程度,虽然没有饱和,也会和NaCl一起结晶共析,在蒸发罐内壁形成结块盐(俗称锅巴),随着盐浆一起被排出;同时在离心脱水、沸腾干燥过程CaSO4、Na2SO4等杂质和NaCl结晶颗粒粘结在一起形成白色小颗粒,影响盐的外观和质量。In the conventional vacuum salt making process, CaSO4 and Na2SO4 will concentrate to some extent, crystallize and salt out with NaCl even if they are not saturated because brine is not treated.Incrustation is formed on the inside wall of evaporator and discharged with salt slurry.In the process of centrifugation and dewatering, fluidizing and drying, such impurities as CaSO4 and Na2SO4 adhere to NaCl crystals and form white particles,which have an impact on the appearance and the quality of salt.
