摘  要:目的 :探讨血管紧张素原 (AGT)与缺血性脑血管病的关系。方法 :对 5 7例动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死 (ACI)、5 2例腔隙性梗死 (LI)、43例高血压患者以及 65例对照者分析AGT基因第 2外显子T70 4C及C5 2 1T多态性 ,并检测血AGT和血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度。结果 :ACI患者急性期血AGT浓度 [( 194 47± 43 83 )ng·L-1]显著高于恢复期 [( 163 45± 42 64 )ng·L-1]及健康对照者[( 15 9 3 4± 45 2 4)ng·L-1] (P均 <0 0 5 )。ACI组 70 4C等位基因频率显著增高 ,与血浆AGT浓度升高相关联 :LI组中 5 2 1T等位基因频率显著高于对照组及高血压患者 (P均 <0 0 5 )。结论 :ACI急性期血AGT浓度应激性升高。AGT基因 70 4C等位基因与ACI发病相关联 ,而 5 2 1T等位基因与LI相关联。Aim:To investigate the association angiotensinogen(AGT) with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:In 57 cases of otherosclerotic cerebral infarction(ACI), 52 cases of lacunar infacrction(LI),43 cases of hypertension and 65 healthy controls, the T704C and C521T mutations at exon2 of AGT gene, and plasma AGT levels were determined. Results:The plasma AGT level in the acute phase of ACI patients (194.47±43.83 ng·L -1 ) was significantly higher than that in the recovery phase of the patients (163.45±42.64 ng·L -1 ) and that in the controls (159.34±45.24 ng·L -1 )(P<0.05,respectively). The frequency of 704C allele in ACI was significantly increased, and correlated to increased plasma AGT level. The frequency of 521T allele was significantly higher only in the patients with LI. Conclusion:The event of ACT can result responsively in the increased level of plasma AGT. There is a significant correlation between 704C allele of AGT gene and ACI, while 521T allele associates with LI.
