摘　　要：教育思想观念决定着高等教育的办学行为,是教育部高等院校教学工作水平评估的重要观测点。从制定和实践一系列教育教学原则阐述“教育思想”对教育教学宏观的理性认识;以高等教育发展过程中长期存在的若干有争议的理论问题为例,说明教育观念是比教育思想更高一层次的理性概念。并举例说明高等院校在改革发展过程中教育思想观念的更新和运用。Educational ideology determines school-running behavior of advanced education. This is an important opinion held by the Education Ministry in terms of college and university teaching work evaluation. Educational ideology about logical understanding of both education and teaching is clarified to constitute and practise a series of educational principles. By taking examples of some long-term theoretical problems in the developing process of advanced education, this paper tries to prove that educational ideology is a higher level logical concept compared with educational thought. Some instances are illustrated to show the reform and application of educational conception in the development of advanced learning.
