摘 要:目的 :研究青春期女性发铜与营养状况关系。方法 :对贵阳市 96 4名 8~ 15岁女性测量身高、体重及用营养评价参考标准进行营养状况评价 ,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计 (FAAS)测定发铜含量。结果 :不同年龄组间的发铜值差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。同一年龄组内 ,不同营养状况间的发铜值未见有意义的规律性变化 ;同一营养状况时 ,发铜值的年龄间变化未见有意义的规律性变化。结论 :营养评价参考标准所评价出的个体的营养状况与女性发铜值未见有意义的关系。Objective: To study the relationship between hair copper content and nutritional status of adolescent females.Methods:The height and weight levels of 964 females aged 8-15 in Guiyang were measured. Hair copper level was measured using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS), and the individual nutritional status was evaluated according to referential standard which was based on height for weight method.Results: Significant difference was found among different age groups (P<0.05). No significant difference in hair copper levels was found in the same age group with various nutritional statuses (P>0.05). No regularity of hair copper change was found in different age groups that with same nutritional status.Conclusion: There is no likely correlation between the individual nutritional status and copper nutritional status in adolescent females according to referential standards.
