行为疗法在功能性构音障碍中的研究

摘　　要：目的　应用行为疗法提高功能性构音障碍患者的语音清晰度 ,提高语音治疗效果。方法　对 17例功能性构音障碍患者 (其中 10例是先天功能性构音障碍 ,7例是腭裂术后功能性构音障碍 ) ,采用行为疗法进行语音治疗 ,并在治疗前后测量汉语语音清晰度。结果　 17例患者治疗前后的汉语语音清晰度由 4 6 .85 %提高到 98.5 4 %。结论　行为疗法是功能性构音障碍首选的、必要的语音治疗方法。Objective To apply behavior therapy to increase speech intelligibility.Methods To apply behavior therapy to 17 patients of function misarticulation including 10 patients innateness function misarticulation and 7 patients after palate operation.To determine their speech intelligibility.Results Patients articulation improved from 46.85% to 98.54%.Conclusion Behavior therapy is the frist treatment and must be applied in speech therapy but it is important to select indications and treat individually.
