摘 要:目的:研究1,3-甘油二酯对大鼠的减肥和降血脂作用。方法:将动物分成五组:甘油三酯 (TAG)低脂组,TAG高脂对照组,1,3-甘油二酯(DAG)高剂量,DAG中剂量,DAG低剂量组。大鼠喂养6 w,每周称体重,实验结束大鼠腔静脉取血,检测血清中血脂水平;将大鼠内脏脂肪全部取出,计算Lee’s指数和脂体比。结果:TAG高脂组大鼠体重从第2 w开始与TAG低脂组有明显差异;从第3 w开始,DAG高剂量,中剂量组的大鼠体重明显低于TAG高脂组。TAG低脂组以及DAG三剂量组的Lee’s指数和脂体比均显著低于TAG高脂组。与TAG高脂组比较,DAG高剂量,中剂量组可显著降低血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B的水平,明显提高血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平,而DAG低剂量组的各指标和对照组比均无显著差异。五组大鼠的血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶水平无显著差异。结论:1,3-甘油二酯具有减肥和降血脂的功能并且不损伤肝功能。Objective: To investigate the effect of 1,3-diacylglycerol(DAG) on reducing blood lipid and obesity. Methods: Fifty SD rats were divided into five groups: triacylglycerol (TAG) low-fat diet, TAG high-fat diet, DAG high-dose , medium-dose and low-dose diet. The rats were fed for 6 w, and body weight was recorded every week. At the end of the experiment, the ratio of visceral fat to body weight was calculated, and blood lipid was analyzed. Results: The body weight of rats in TAG high-fat group was significantly higher than that in TAG low-fat group from the 2nd week (P<0.05), and the body weights of rats in DAG high-dose and medium-dose group were significantly lower than that in TAG high fat group from the 3rd week . The ratio of visceral fat to body weight and Lee's index in different DAG groups were significantly lower than those in the TAG high-fat group. The serum TC, TG LDL-C and apoprotein B concentration in TAG low-fat group, DAG high-dose and medium dose groups were all significantly lower than those in TAG high fat control group , while the serum HDL-C was significantly higher . No significant difference in the activities of AST and ALT among the five groups was observed . Conclusion: 1,3-diacylglycerol may suppress body fat accumulation and lower body weight, with no harm to liver in rats. Thus 1,3-diacylglycerol may be recognized as a safe functional food for antiobesity and reducing blood lipid.
