摘　　要：网络经济时代的到来 ,为研发团队共同发展提供了新的契机。通过先进的信息网络管理平台 ,构建虚拟研发团队的组织模式 ,可突破地域和组织边界的限制 ,将散布在全国各地的研发力量整合在一起 ,拓展自己的合作伙伴 ,实现不同研发团队的整合 ,吸收创新性的研究力量 ,重塑研发团队的认知模式 ,完善团队的结构 ,提高研发质量。With the coming of Network Economy, it brings a new chance for R&D team of Hi-tech Enterprises to develop together. By utilizing the advance network and information management system, a virtual R&D team's organization model can be setup without the geography limitation. This can enhance the competence of the R&D team.It is not only maintain the characters of Hi-tech Enterprises of quick response and flexibility, but also form the integrative scale and acquire the integrative R&D Advantage finally.
