摘 要:当需要与可能这一学科建设中的基本矛盾体现在工科院校理科学科建设中时,初期必须首先考虑以推动工科上水平为导向;发展途径往往是从为工科所应用的理科再到高水平理科;必须重视人才培养内容,并善于将科研成果转化为教学资源。体现理科学科建设成就的核心要素是学术成果、学科带头人和梯队、人才培养质量、学科研究方向、学科关键实验设备、学科运行机制。Facing the contradictory of requirement and possibility arising from science discipline construction g in the engineering colleges, at the initial stage, it should be considered to push engineering to higher level. Usually the developing direction is from science disciplines applied in engineering to advanced science disciplines. Training talented person, and converting the research to the teaching resources must be paid more attention to. The core guidelines of science discipline construction are the main academic achievement, the discipline leaders and in sequence, the quality of the training of talented person, the research direction, the core experiment equipments, and the mechanism of discipline circulating.
