管壳式换热器管板的有限元分析

摘　　要：应用有限元分析技术 ,在操作工况下 ,对管壳式换热器在压力和温度载荷共同作用下进行强度分析。根据其应力分布特点 ,分析压力与温度载荷对管板产生的影响 ,并考虑温度载荷单独作用下对管板产生的影响。Under the operating condition, strength analysis of a tube and shell heat exchanger under pressure and temperature load was made by the method of finite element. According to the distribution of the stress, tubesheets were analyzed by the effect of pressure and temperature load. And it was analyzed by the effect of temperature load alone.
