摘 要:以红细胞悬液为研究模型 ,通过在对其进行慢速冻结的过程中引入静电场 ,具体研究了静电场对降温过程中冰晶形成与生长的影响 ,以及由此而引起的冰晶与细胞间相互机械作用的变化。实验结果表明 :静电场在一定程度上改变了冰晶的形成与生长特性 ,在较强的静电场的影响下 ,冰晶明显变粗 ,成为块状 ,细胞完全融入粗大的冰晶之中 ,在冻结的末期 ,细胞不再受到冰晶挤压 ,从而减少了其所受的机械性损伤。Using suspension of RBC as a model solution system,a high voltage DC electric fi eld into its low-cooling-rate freezing process is introduced.How can an extern al static electric field affect the formation and growth characteristics of the ice during freezing so as to change the interaction manner between the cells and crystals is investigated. It was found that under the strong electric field,the ice crystals took on a dramaticly asymmetric appearance, and their stems were c hanged into board-like ones.The cells were frozen within the ice crystal thorou ghly and they had not been mechanically pushed or squeezed at the later period o f the growth of the ice at all.The mechanical damage caused by the interaction b etween the ice crystals and cells during freezing was alleviated remarkably.
