正红菇子实体多糖的提取技术及抗癌活性研究

摘　　要：比较了用超声波处理及用酶处理正红菇子实体后依次用水→草酸铵→氢氧化钠浸提出的正红菇子实体多糖的抗癌活性。用正交试验法确定了浸提正红菇子实体多糖的最佳条件。用水作提取剂的最佳条件是提取温度 10 0℃ ,液料比 2 0∶1,提取次数 2次 ,提取时间为 3h ;残渣随后用草酸铵作提取剂的最佳条件是提取温度10 0℃ ,液料比 30∶1,提取次数 2次 ,提取时间为 6h ;最后用NaOH作提取剂的最佳条件是提取温度 80℃ ,液料比2 0∶1,提取次数 2次 ,提取时间为 6h。The antitumor activites of the polysaccharides extracted with water,oxalate amide,sodium hydroxide from fruit body of Russula vinosa pre-treated by enzyme or ultrasonic wave were studied comparatively.The optimurn extraction conditions of the polysaccharides from fruit body of Russula vinosa were detenuined.The optirrmm extraction conditions with water are at the temperature of 100℃,water/Russula vinosa 20∶1,extracted for 3 h and twice;The optimum extraction conditions with oxalate amide from the residues are at the temperature of 100℃,oxalate amide/Russula vinosa 30∶1,extracted for 6 h and twice;The optirmum extraction conditions with sodium hydroxide from the residues are at the temperature of 80℃,sodium hydroxide/Russula vinosa 20:1,extracted for 6 h and twice.
