摘　　要：外语教学作为校园文化的有机组成部分,在创建和繁荣校园文化中发挥着独特的作用。一是以突出时代特色为主旋律的优化作用;二是以繁荣文化生活为主线的丰充作用;三是以教、创有机结合为依托的助推作用。As the parts of campus culture, foreign language teaching plays distinctive part in the campus culture construction and prosperity. First, it is the sifting and promoting action on carrying forward the times' principle melody. Second, it is the supplement action on the main line of flourishing the culture life. Third, it is the pushing action on the support of organic constitution in teaching and bringing forth new ideas.
