摘　　要：本文描述了元数据和语意网的基本概念,重点介绍了基于元数据和语意网的学习技术系统的基本模型和组成部分,并对元数据和语意网环境下的学习技术的未来发展趋势进行了展望。The article describes the basic concepts of the metadata and semantic web, focusing on introducing the basic model and parts of learning technology based on metadata and semantic web, and also predicts the future of the learning technology based on metadata and semantic web.
