摘　　要：按照产业政策的基本体系 ,从汽车产业结构政策、汽车产业组织政策和汽车产业技术政策三个方面对《汽车产业发展政策》进行研读。研究认为 ,政策意图是要建立我国自己的完整强大的汽车产业 ,提出了全面贯彻执行《产业政策》的几项重要突破。In accordance with the fundamental system of the industry policy, ” Auto Industry Development Policy” is carefully studied from 3 aspects, namely auto industry construction policy, auto industry organization policy and auto industry technological policy. It is deemed that the intention of the policy is to set up a strong and complete auto industry in China. It presents some important breakthrough in that implementation of the ”Industrial Policy”.
