摘 要:目的 了解护理专业本科生对营养与疾病知识的认知现状 ,为今后的营养健康教育提供依据。方法 采用匿名自填问卷方式 ,对整群随机抽取的护理专业本科学生 2 0 0名的基本特征、《中国居民膳食指南》的认知水平、营养与疾病的知识、态度以及膳食行为等项目进行调查。结果 该人群对《中国居民膳食指南》知晓率较高 (66 .0 % ) ,明显高于中国营养学会对全国 5省市不同职业人群调查结果(1 4 .1 % ) ;对营养与疾病知识掌握较好 ,且获取营养知识的态度端正 ,食物的消费模式基本做到了饮食多样化 ,但对社会上普遍流行的一些营养知识方面的偏见或误区发生率仍很高。结论 调查的护理专业本科生对营养与疾病知识的认知情况较好 ,但也还存在许多不足。为适应社会对护理专业本科学生的需求 ,加强营养与疾病知识教育势在必行。Objective To study the knowledge status about nutrition and disease among advanced nursing students, and to provide basis for nutritious health education.Methods A self-administered questionnaire was used to survey 200 advanced nursing students' demological characteristics, cognition to DRIs, knowledge and attitude about nutrition and disease, and practice of nutrition intakes.Results About 66.0% knew about DRIs, which was higher than the result in several occupational population(14.1%). The nursing students were familiar to the knowledge about nutrition and disease, and they had correct attitudes on nutrition intakes as well as food diversification. But they still had some incorrect cognitions.Conclusion The advanced nursing students are well in nutrition and disease cognition but still have some incorrect behaviors. So,it is necessary to strengthen the health education about nutrition and disease as soon as possible.
